This is general information, not a survey, design, legal or Building Control decision. The correct scope and standard depend on the property, work, date and regulatory route.
UFH must be designed around the floor construction, insulation, heat loss, manifold/controls, floor finish and available build-up. Overlay systems can reduce depth but still need compatible boards, adhesives and commissioning.
Do not treat a manufacturer's installation video as a design calculation. The heating designer and installer should confirm zones, controls, flow temperatures and commissioning.
